Best Western Orange Plaza

It does not pretend to be anything other than what it is, which is a basic motel. But it does a very good job at that. HVAC is a fan forced unit by the window, bathroom and shower are basic and sinks are separated into the main room apart from the toilet and shower. Lighting is bright, but predominantly CFT. Despite the motel structure, it was not noisy.

Wooden floors, amenities decent, cheap price, & staff was professional. For location and price, I'd stay again.

They were all rude from the front desk to breakfast staff to housekeeping..I reserved and requested late stay till 4pm because I had a late check in at 11pm but got in at 3am what with my son's 3&12 but at 11:30 they knocked at door I told them I reserved and requested late check out and the staff from breakfast said I don't think so left.the front desk called and the Indian guy said I had till 12 I told him I reserved late check out he said no was talking over me wouldn't even let me talk...they were quick to take my money when the reservation was made and i payed but were ready to kick me and my kids out as soon as possible my kids were still sleeping and I had to wake them cause they didn't care just wanted my $ couldn't even care
