This guy is a fake. Went there for tire rotation and Balancing. Candido only swapped location of tires but did not balance each wheel as charged. Once wheels were removed, he took each wheel into another room to give the impression he was balancing them though once I was home I noticed there weren't any weights added to the inside of each rim which indicates he didn't balance the wheel as discussed. I had to go elsewhere for proper wheel balancing. This POS thief has lost my business and business of my friends and family. Candido, no vales ni verga pueta. Te va cargar el payaso. To your response Candido: Blah, blah, blah. It is highly unlikely that All 4 of my wheels didn't require any weights at all after not having balanced my wheels in over a year and a half. Simply put ; you cut corners and deliberately neglected to balance my wheels. My request for tire service was very clear but you and your crew of kids decided to do as you pleased. As mentioned, taking my wheels over to your side room was all for show. You pulled a fast one and have lost my business for life pal !!

Our owner and operator has had a long and interesting background working in the automotive industry. In 1985, his journey began at Grand Prix of Costa Mesa. There he got his start working with tires and learning the basics of the industry. He decided to make a change in 1993, and began to work at Tires Warehouse, where he stayed for 6 years. The company valued his dedicated hard-work, and decided it would be better to transfer him to Anaheim Wheel and Tire, to work as a mechanic. And work as a mechanic he did.

Dear Mike,We are sorry to hear that you had an unsatisfactory experience with our service. It is unfortunate that the wheels were not balanced as discussed, and I can see why you would be disappointed. As far as taking the wheels to another room we do have multiple balancers in two bay areas. Depending on the size of the tire we use the balancer that is most fit for the tire size. Every vehicle is different and requires different amount of weights or sometimes no weights need to be added to correct the tire balance. We do normally encourage our customers if they are not satisfied with the job to bring the vehicle back to correct it. We take quality control very seriously, and we would like to investigate this further. Unfortunately, your name does not match our records.
