Our business has been waiting for over a month for an appointment to install two thermostats.  We were told it would be two weeks.  Called today and was told they were booked for this month.  Poor communication and customer service.  We will have to go elsewhere.  Didn't used to be this way.  The way of the world I suppose...

I had to inform the employee to wear a mask in my home. He became hostile, and wore it under his nose. Purposely walking past me staring me down 3xs trying to get me to engage. I'm a single disabled senior woman who lives alone, so this was not an option. I told him to make sure the wall heater gas was turned off, and it wasn't. I had to have the gas company come back out for the continuing gas leak, and to properly shut it down, as the employee did not honor his word. No respect, hostile, job not done right, and a liar. No thank you. I will not be intimidated in my own home, or my health threatened by a frail ego male.
