We are so glad that Era represented us as sellers!  She is very knowledgeable about the real estate market on the Central Coast and very conscientious in her work. She advocated for us throughout the selling process and kept us up-to-date on offers, market values, etc.  There were concerns with the house being advertised fraudulently on Craigslist, (as being a rental) and she went above and beyond in keeping the vacant house secure, including having the ad taken down; posting signs clarifying that the property was not for rent, and warning potential renters not to give the fraudsters any money!  We highly recommend Era if you are buying or selling real estate-she's the best!Bill and Jamie C.

Highly skilled broker. We highly recommend Era Polly. She is warm, caring, down to earth and highly professional in her skill and knowledge, recommended to us by another broker when the area we originally searched proved to be incompatible with our budget. She knows her region and neighborhoods, builders, contractors and so on. She was patient and didnt pressure us into any decisions we werent comfortable making. She had to work some long late hours getting our offer in with pressure from other potential buyers, and helped us create a strong bid which was accepted. She recommended a financial consultant who also worked with our tight timeline. As the home required upgrades, she provided us with excellent local contractors references whom we used- they were all great. This is the extra support we needed and deeply appreciated. She also follows up with us to see how were doing with renovations and settling in.
