        Alyssa is such a sweet young woman. She is new; perhaps that is why she is far friendlier than women who work there that are older than her. There is such a negative vibe there and it starts with Heather, the manager. She is quite nasty. She has no idea what professionalism is! The only way she could possibly be management is, she is either related to the owner or has been there longest and aquired the position by default. We go out of our way to go to other locations and avoid the Oroville location, simply because Heather is such an unprofessional, nasty person. I take no joy in saying that. I'm just being honest. You want to be given nasty looks while she whispers in people's ears, she is your gal. It's happened to us on every occasion we unfortunately run into her.
