We loved touring our (hopefully) future home with Matt Badalamenti! He was so wonderful in making sure our questions were answered and gave us all the info we needed to feel comfortable moving forward with our application. He took us as a walk-in and helped us do our application on the spot. Thank you Matt!

The fabulous Daniel Martinez was providing coverage at 17 Mile Village during a staff vacation, and I was so lucky to have his expertise & perspective on Sequoia and other West coast properties. He works hard to fully explore options and provide accurate information, but his exceptional talents are an authentic and engaging friendliness and his genuine interest in others. To enjoy other people and to put them at ease is a gift; Daniel is a gift. I now recognize that every other staff person I have spoken to has been exceptionally helpful and friendly, from the Slate Ridge folks in Vancouver, to my Pacific Grove contact Dixie Anderson; all of whom seem to want to help potential tenants to make a good match, rather than a good sale. After meeting Daniel and hearing about Sequoia's corporate vision, I will encourage my friends to seek out those properties when moving to other properties in Oregon or Washington. Kudos and many thanks to Daniel!
