Burglars smashed my car's rear window in an airport parking lot while I was traveling overseas.  When I was notified of the break-in I emailed Lisa and she was incredibly helpful.  She even did her best to have the window replaced before I returned from my travels, but unfortunately that turned out to be impossible since I hadn't left a key with anyone.  Instead, Lisa made arrangements for me to have my window replaced immediately upon my return and to have a rental car available for me.  I was thoroughly impressed. Thanks Lisa!

Never once received a "don't-worry-your-pretty-little-head, we-got-you-covered" attitude. Every listed item was explained in detail. Options provided without judgement or complaint so I could weigh what it was I was investing my money in. The actual agent talked to me, she didn't pass me off to the front office, and she spoke me through EVERYTHING with examples of what to expect in certain situations, was honest about what would be covered and what wouldn't, and found a way to get the cheapest rate. Never in my entire life of driving have I ever been treated with so much integrity and respect by an insurance office. The fifth star is reserved for hopefully-no further need for their services other than making payments. But if there's a problem, I'll come back here with the fifth star on how they handled the claim, which is the most important part.Up front, honest, and respectful.
