I needed to sell my home and had no idea who to talk with. I googled top realtors in the area and started calling, which included Arleen. It seemed like she mostly dealt with high end properties so I wasnt sure if she would take us on as a client. I couldnt have been more wrong. Arleen came to meet with us and was so prepared and professional she made us feel like we were selling a multi-million dollar home; thats how much she cared. It didnt matter how much our house was, she was determined to help us the best way she could and it showed. My wife and I felt like she was the right one for us from the start and Arleen didnt disappoint. Having strangers come through our house to see it was a bit unnerving for us, especially with our young kids and Arleen guided us through it and eased our worries. She was incredibly easy to get in touch with, great communicator and we ended up selling our home above asking with her help. She is a true professional, from the big stuff all the way down to the tiny details. We are lucky she took us on as clients and so thankful to have had her help in selling our house. Arleen is the consummate professional in every sense of the word. We were referred to Arleen to purchase a vacation home in Monterey. It was the best decision weve ever made. She took amazing care of us, patiently driving us thru Monterey, Pacific Grove and Carmel for a full year before we found our current home.
