I received a unsolicited letter from Jonathan Macht, telling me he had a investor, cash buyer for my home, he stated his fee was only 2.5%. I called a friend thats a realtor, he said that offer is way to low by approximately $600k. Beware of letter like this if you receive them, I was also told by a long time friend with 40+ years working in the Southern California real-estate market that some agents are cold calling homeowners stating they have cash customer and make way below market value offerings. These agents are working with investment firms and making big money from these sales.

Afrouz Nosratian should be avoided at all cost. I called on a simple rental house. She was extremely abusive, and nasty, and wouldnt apologize for her awful behavior. I asked her to be nice four or five times, and she hung up. She then wrote me several texts about how it was everyone elses fault but her. She never apologized, and then blamed me for her awful behavior. I feel bad for the person listing the house. It has been on the market for a very long time, and now I know why. I would suggest staying away from this company if they have agents that act like that. If they allow this type of behavior, what else will they allow. A serious apology from her will get me to remove this review instantly. I believe in second chances, and I believe people sometimes just have a bad day. If she apologizes I will be happy to remove this.

Hello Gus, I'm sorry that you feel that the ESTIMATE was low. I'm also disappointed that we were not able to resolve this over the phone or via email, and instead you felt the need to bash me and the company. As is disclosed in the letter sent to your family, this was NOT a formal offer, but merely a valuation. MOST realtors work with developers/builders, as construction makes up one of the largest industries in Southern California. So, I can guarantee you, the agent with 40+ years of experience you called will call the same builders/developers as myself when you decide to sell your home. Furthermore, the formal offers I present to clients are always market value offers and based on variables such as property size, present market conditions, and location. If you felt that your home is worth more than I've estimated in my letter, feel free to reach out to me and I can send you either via email or in the mail the comparable sales in your area. I hope we are able to clear up this matter appropriately.
