        How refreshing it is, when calling an office, that the voice on the other end is the person you wish to talk with!  Ofelia was prompt, courteous, & quite professional as we chatted about acquiring a new tax representative/expert.  She took ample time in answering my questions & was a good listener.  That's all we needed!  We are scheduling an appointment & looking forward to our first consultation!  We are confident that Ofelia will serve our family well.
