We regularly visit this shop for all our cycling needs while in the valley. This year, we called to put a pair of bikes on hold, for about two months, until we arrived. With all the supply chain shortages so many businesses have been experiencing, we were pleased that, despite offers from other customers to “outbid” us for these bikes, the shop refused to sell them to someone else before we arrived. Not only are the staff pleasant and knowledgeable, they have integrity as well.

Great crew and selection. They are extremely busy during these times but when it’s your turn to get helped they give you exceptional service. Have purchased a couple bikes from them and always enjoy going in there.

Just bought a new ebike from them. I was pretty indecisive, came in 3 times before I pulled the trigger on one. Brad was super helpful in discerning the differences, helped me thoroughly test ride a few different models, and encouraged me to sleep on it and come back when I wasn’t 100% sure which to choose. Super happy with the bike and experience, everyone who helped me, Brad, Jake and David were kind and very helpful. I felt comfortable taking time to really weigh my options and choose the right bike for my needs and would recommend this shop to anyone needing a bike or service.
