Alfredo was prompt, attentive, friendly and provided great customer service. He pointed out areas of special concern and provided information and best options for dealing with problem areas. He did a great job on our tiles. I highly recommend him. My only less-than-positive comment has to do with the cost estimate given to me on the phone when I scheduled the service around two months ago. The company provided carpet cleaning in my home previously so their records show the size and layout of my home. The phone scheduler quoted a price but when Alfredo saw the estimate today he pointed out the estimate was not reflective of the job that needed to be done. Alfredo was diligent in pointing this out before he began the job. I authorized the work. However, the original quote of $854.00 ended up being over $1400. The phone scheduler only included one hallway when I actually have two, and counted a large room as two rooms when it should have been counted as three. Im very happy with the work Alfredo did but the difference in price was a bit shocking. Ill make sure to double check the estimate beforehand next time. Im getting my carpets done in a few days and I hope they send Alfredo again. Thank you Alfredo!

Manny was fantastic, cleaned three very old carpets and a couple of chairs and they look great. Highly recommended and a nice guy too!
