This company went above and beyond for me! I put an order in with 1800flowers and they never showed up. I had ordered flowers for coworkers and myself for a funeral service Saturday morning and had set up delivery for Friday at work. At 6pm I called this flower shop asking if they could get me an arrangement and deliver it Saturday at 9am at the church and they pulled it off in an amazing fashion. Great communication, flexible, kind! I will use them for everything from now on! Thank you so much!

This place is great florist I need some Birthday roses last minute and the gentlemen was very nice and the red roses turned out very nice .

I placed an order with Andy at "Flowers by Veronica" for a Mothers Day delivery. They took my order and charged my card. Andy told me it would be delivered on Mother's Day per my request. Mother's Day came and went and no delivery was made. The next day I called to confirm if my order was met and Andy said they couldn't even find my order.  He later found my order upon another phone call back to them and Andy told me they could not deliver the flowers and told me because of the high winds. They failed to call me and tell me they would not be able to make the delivery on Mother's Day. A courtesy call would have been nice so I could have at least made other arraignments for my mom. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Don't trust them with your credit information unless you want to be charged without services. Good job Andy, nice way to run the business.

This place has been in the Valley for a long time and their experience shows when they deliver! Beautiful flowers with great customer service. Andres is very talented and knows how to arrange a beautiful set of flowers. Thanks for always hooking it up!
