Mario was super fast and efficient to respond and get our unit assigned. Location and ease of access was so helpful as we could move our stuff at our pace. The only drawback was our unit faced north and the wind covered our stuff in sand. I know it was not a climate controlled unit, but I didn't expect so much sand in only 2 months. We had most everything covered, but we had to deal with a lot of dirty items upon moving out. Mario was equally excellent to facilitate our move out. Thank you for eveything!
