Petals Florist Shop

No stars for this arrangement, but I couldn't post so I gave it one. This is the ugliest arrangement I have ever received. My husband has been giving be flowers for over 40 years. For our 40th wedding anniversary he ordered flowers at Petals for the first time. Big mistake. There was no care in putting the arrangement together, the flowers were just jammed into vase on top of each other. The flowers were old with petals falling off if you touch them from day one. My husband asked for bright vibrant colors, the florist put a bunch of pale pink flowers in there with my fall color, it looked ridiculous. My coworkers urged me to call the florist for a refund, I asked to return them to him for a refund but he was VERY indignant and said he would only give me half of what my husband paid. This is the first time I have ever written a bad review for anyone, but this was beyond bad. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

10/10 recommend Petals! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I live out of state and spoke to Tony to have flowers delivered to someone in the AV. He was extremely helpful and beyond nice. Probably the best customer service I have ever received! The prices are very reasonable and honest and the flower arrangement was absolutely gorgeous and beyond what I could have ever imagined! Tony went out of his way to make sure that the delivery happend in the small window that we had for when my family member was home. I definitely will be a returning customer and will only be going to Petals from here on out! Thank you Tony, Sandra and Petals team! Petals is by far the best floral shop in the AV!

Best florist ever!!! The arrangement was so gorgeous!! I was so happy because the flower arrangement looked even better in person! And that's rare! This place is a gem and the customer service was awesome!
