i never write yelp reviews but have to say this firm and mr. pielago have done our taxes since 1985 and the service levels are second to none.

I filed my taxes late June in 2013 and was in no rush for the return.  When I didn't receive a return after three months, I called the office for answers and was told given an excuse about the slow IRS & sequestration. I still haven't received my return and after calling the office in again in December, I learned my return was rejected for some reason, yet VPS & Assoc. didn't let me know. One star, not for the delay of return, but strictly for a rejected tax return AND most importantly failing to inform me, the client, of the rejected return and need to file again.  Poor customer service and execution.  I will not use this office for my taxes again.
