Although I had to hurry them along due to my waking baby (that was my fault), they accidentally left a part of the circuitry unplugged. The next day, I noticed my HVAC system was only blowing cold air, so I reached out to them. They promptly sent a technician even after working hours and resolved the issue within an hour. My wife reached out on Monday at 1pm, had a conversation with Miguel, and by 4pm the same day, Billy was at our door. Miguel was not only professional but also very supportive during the phone call. Billy, on the other hand, was well-versed with HVAC systems, quickly identified the problem, fixed our unit, and got us back up and running in no time. A big thank you to the team for ensuring that my pregnant wife and I weren't left without AC on a hot July night in Rancho Palos Verdes.
