Palos Verdes Terrace Apartments

This is a terrible place to live. I have lived in the complex for a little over a year, and over half of that time has seen construction on my unit. After finding a structural flaw in my balcony, the property manager, Sandra, gave me one day's notice that the balcony would be demolished. This was in June. Now it is September, and I am still paying full price for an apartment that has no balcony. I have contacted the VP of Garnder Management, Lisa Caroll, about the situation, and she told me I could move out. Beware of this location and any property managed by Gardner management.

We absolutely LOVE living here at Palos Verdes Terrace! They are constantly working on upgrading, and it’s a beautiful property! The Management has been beyond helpful since the day we first inquired. Sandra goes above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need. Clean common areas, brand new laundry room, and they just re-did the pool area this summer!!!

I’ve been living here at Palos Verdes Terrace Apartment for almost 5 years and recently moved to an another apartment in the complex. I just can’t live anywhere else because of the kind and caring manager, Sandra! Everything went well thanks, Sandra! If you are looking for a place where you can feel right at home! Palos Verdes Terrace is the perfect place!
