They dont take care long time loyal customers, if you dont ask, they offer almost nothing interest in todays market, that is disappointing.

"A small bank with a worse than big bank attitude!" = not a great banking choice. - I am using them as a treasurer for a non- profit organization - Their online banking setup process is ridiculously complex and I had technical glitches, so I decided to use the branch, which itself is an inconvenience. - I have been to this branch three times. When I went the first time, it was to sign a signature card, and I was treated well. I got a nice sales pitch when I told them I am starting a business. (The two stars are for that first interaction) - The last two interactions have been awful! I was treated like I was an "inconvenience" to them, for asking for information related to the account. The body language and vibes were not good!!!! Banking is an industry whose time is limited anyway. To be a small bank with a disadvantage to begin with and treat customers this way, god help them! Save yourselves the trouble and don't buy into their sales pitch!

I was looking for a bank to help with starting an account for my LLC. I happened to find this place by luck. When i went in i had a lot of questions because i never started an LLC before and the branch manager personally invited me into her office to help me! I was so relieved because she explained everything very easily to me. I was missing a few pieces of information that was required so i had to return later that day. I assumed i would have to wait a while but the branch manager actually came out and welcomed me back. I normally am very shy around people but she made me feel really comfortable. Once i finished creating my account I havent had any issues. I really like this place because i feel like i really am treated as a person and not just a customer.
