Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

One of the worst and longest wait time, incompetent tellers, horrible. I was even standing in the wrong spot for over 15 minutes, no body pointed it out, until I had to go behind people who came after . Very slow, no greeting, tellers leave and go around while there's a line, and traction process takes forever .. Then unlike any other branche, they force charged $8, since my account is closed, other branches don't though I mention that the bank had a dispute error that ended up closing my account and it's in process to reopen, it is not the first time I've cashed checks since this incident but they were rude and raised their tone that Luis & desire do that to protect their jobs.

I would post zero stars!!! Two weeks prior my daughter deposited checks for her scholarships. They held checks over 10 days. Her tuition was due and checks still didn't post to acct. Went into branch and staff didn't seem to care. Bank of America market cap $230 Billion. I hope they go out of business. Nice chatbot response!!! Perfect example of their customer NO service!! Stay away from Bank of America plenty of Credit Unions and other options

Very bad customer service, when I went the bank was not having a large flow of clients. A man who spoke Spanish attended to us but apparently he didn't feel like serving because he left us waiting and never even came back to inform us that they couldn't fast us or how long we had to wait. Very bad attention!

On 7/5/23 My husband went to chash his check and when he came out a black car was parked next to him and stole his money... This location has not a sequirity. Bank should always have vigilant.
