Coreology - Palos Verdes

Coreology is my happy place. My husband and I both been going to the Pv location and we love it. I cant say if we have a favorite instructor because they all are good. Personally Im in my healing journey and taking different classes at Coreology been amazing for my body. The owner is also very nice and supportive. Definitely recommend Coreology even if youre a beginner in Pilates the instructors are very helpful and knowledgeable to help you learn. Love this place.

I've been coming consistently to Coreology Palos Verdes for 10 months now. I absolutely love it. The classes are excellent. The instructors are friendly and helpful. My strength and balance have greatly improved. The Coreology Pilates, sculpting and stretch classes have improved my posture and greatly reduced the pain I have from lumbar scoliosis. I look forward to coming to class and leave feeling awesome every time.

If you want to really feel the burn and get an intense workout, this is the place for you. Coreology was the first place I had ever tried reformer pilates, and well, after my first class I was hooked. The main issue I have is the extremely inflexible policy - if you are more than five minutes late, they can give your spot to someone else. Ive found I had lost quite a few classes because I knew I wouldn't have made the 5 minute grace period. At anywhere from $25-$35 / class that adds up!

It was my first time at a Pilates studio, and I left feeling awesome! The instructor Holly was friendly and helpful. I am so happy with my experience that I have signed up for a monthly membership and private training with Holly.

Theyve opened up again since the lockdowns and you feel very safe and comfortable there. Staff walks around the gym to make sure masks are being worn and other staff walk around making sure gym equipment is sanitized.
