        I have been getting my hair cut and colored here since I moved to California almost 6 years ago from New York. I also get a keratin treatment twice a year. I LOVE my hair!! The hairstylist listens to me and offers advise on how to keep my hair healthy. I highly recommend this salon. I will not let anyone else touch my hair!! Services: Haircut, Hair highlighting

        Hairstylist very friendly. If you come to her business she will charge you for the consultation $50 dollarsnot ok. Then, for every hour your there she will charge you $150 per hour???!!! It is ridicules. I am going for a hair cut not to seek a lawyers advised. I got done a balayage that was poorly performed and not to mention the color omg!! It look like I burn my hair and I did it myself. Not to mention the hair cut. Ufff god. I had to get another hair cut a few days after, thats all I will say. I spent $600 + 5 hours and I got a really poor job done. I had to get a new hair cut and color because what I got in this hair salon was horrible. I will not recommend it. Also, I mentioned to the hairstylist that I had to get a new color and hair cut and she never offered a refund of some money. Nothing. I did not wanted all my money back but at least some because I had to spend lots more to fix what she did. Services: Haircut, Hair coloring, Balayage

      Yobana,I'm sorry you were unhappy with your service. As we discussed in our consultation, because of the level of damage done to your hair by using home color care products, the results you were looking for would take multiple sessions. I always charge $50 for a consultation for new clients and especially for color corrections. As you stated, you spent $600 for 5 hours, that is $120 per hour, not $150 per hour. I feel my prices are very reasonable for the work I perform.For the $50 consultation I spend 30 minutes of my time to make sure we are on the same page and that clients understand how many sessions are needed and what the true costs will be.I always ask that clients give me the opportunity to adjust their color and cut if needed free of charge, however you did not give me that opportunity. Asking for a refund after going to another salon does not seem fair to me as when you left, you seem very satisfied with your service. We even took before and after photos because it was such a great transformation. I really wish you would have been transparent with me and asked for an adjustment to make you happy with the results. As I went into the salon on my day off for you to perform this service, I would have done the same to make you 100% happy with the final results.Again, I am very sorry you were not happy, I always do my absolute best to set proper expectations with new clients and spend extra time to make sure the results are excellent.
