I continually appreciate Mr. Stephenson's ability to resolve situations. He is diligent, smart, communicates very well, his staff is well informed, his office is low key; yet effective, and most of all, Mr. Stephenson shows genuine concern; he will give 100% on the smallest projects.
Our family employed him many times for landlord/tenant disputes. He got needed results!
In fact, last year I was on the verge of being evicted. I had done nothing wrong, but the Mobile Home Park I live in has a nasty habit of taking over other's property. I tried and tried to negotiate with out an attorney. I enlisted the assistance of a best friend; who is an attorney, and I struggle for a difficult month. At the end of my ropes, my family thought it was wise to consult Mr. Stephenson. The very day; no make that the very hour! After my consultation with Mr. Stephenson, my legal matter reached a conclusion, and the Mobile Home Park immediately stopped harassing me. It was so great to have a man such as Mr. Stephenson do his magic on this evil management. A day doesn't pass with out my sincere gratitude-he's just the best!
