They are not in Rancho Palos Verdes. They use fake Google ads. First they said they would arrive in 20-30 minutes. Then it was 60-90 minutes. Then they didn't show.

This company is a scam. This is Keyme under a different name. They don't send locksmiths, they actually send you vagabonds who are capable of breaking/damaging your door. It looks like they have contractors who can quote any price they wish. My wife called and got a guy on the phone, she ask for a quote and he replies "it depends". He came and saw the lock and still didn't give a quote. He proceeded to pretend to pick the lock in less than 45 sec and then quickly said he will have to drill the lock as the lock can't be picked. We were so tired and forgot to ask questions. He then told us to remove the lock and go to a locksmith to fix our issue. Total cost was $240. Please drive around your neighborhood and find a locksmith with an actual address and a phone number for desperate times. Good luck.
