The doctors here are good, but I can honestly say it was the worst customer service I have ever received! The only reason I stayed with this practice was because I loved the doctor with whom I used once my doctor left I left. I can honestly say it was an extremely frustrating experience. It is very sad that people have grown to expect this type of customer service as normal from their Doctors offices! On many occasions, I was told I would be called back and never was. I often had to drive there if I wanted to speak to someone Dont even get me started on wait times .which again Americans have begun to think is normal! I would wait between an hour and 11/2 every visit. If I offered this type of customer service, I would have no clients! Recently, my husband was told that he needed to pay yearly fee to be part of this practice. Ridiculous! Now he has left this practice as well. If we are going to pay for a boutique practice, the customer service should be exemplary! Furthermore, medical care is already expensive enough. And now these practices want us to pay an extra fee for the privilege of using them. America needs to wake up! This is not normal!

Loved the people who work here. Unfortunately I can't be a patient anymore because they now charge an annual fee of $300 per person out of pocket on top of any insurance billing. They said they emailed the patients back in October but I didn't receive anything.
