        We haven't ordered from here in a long time because of a bad experience. We thought we'd give them a try again...but we still had an issue. Our order was wrong and there was a large chunk of something hard in my soup. The last time we found a paperclip in our pad thai. We won't be going back again

      Hi Eliza, thank you for taking time to share your feedback. We are sorry you had a previously bad experience. I do not know which soup you ordered, but I would surmise that the hard chunk of something you came across might have been galangal, which is a ginger type root that is used in spicy thai soups. Typically, it is used as flavoring and not to be eaten (similar to using bones in a broth). We always try to make things right so if you would like to come back and try the soup again, please contact one of our managers, thank you.
