Rubina Ryono was an absolute pleasure to work with while searching for a home this year! She has such a warmth to her and bubbly personality that made the house hunting process even more exciting ! My partner and I really appreciated her ability to communicate effectively with all the entities involved in the home buying experience . Rubina helped my parents purchase their new home recently, and she did a wonderful job of making my parents (who don't speak English too well) feel comfortable and confident throughout the daunting process of home-buying. Having to buy and sell a few homes, I can confidently say Rubina was the best person to work with in a very competitive housing market. She was organized and assertive. She approached each sale opportunity with confidence and expert knowledge. She is also very resourceful and well connected with the local contractors. She made the entire home buying process as pleasant as possible. We are grateful to be able to get her help. 10/10. We were so lucky to find Rubina and have her advocating for us as buyers in a sellers market.
