Excel funding was fantastic to work with. My wife and I just bought our first home (a spacious 3 bedroom townhouse) and the experience working with our agent (Blake) and our loan broker (Fran) could not have been better. Blake's attentiveness and relatability made us feel empowered in the process - this was so valuable to us because as first time buyers so much of the home buying process can seem confusing and scary but Blake made it understandable and accessible. Fran was incredibly diligent and knowledgeable. Her depth of knowledge and expertise were a guiding light in navigating the financial and tax elements of the process and it was a relief to know that when it came to the "nitty gritty" of those parts, Fran had our back.
