Though it has been a little while being there and it was my first time going there. At first I was impressed with the service and checking everything. Nice workers but when I left they failed to give me a receipt, I paid for a 5000/6000 mile oil change and the sticker was for 3000 miles. Though these are simple mistakes but to me it's a red flag. To me for a suppose to me a professional place this is pretty bad to me. I felt like I was being taken advantage of to come get another oil change sooner when I didn't need to. I won't be returning.
To the response from so called owner. I made the call and no help whatsoever. She made it so much more complicated. What a joke!

Thanks for sharing! We're certainly sorry for any miscommunication during your visit. Valvoline's position is to remind our customers to return within 3k miles or 3 months, whichever comes first. Our stickers automatically default to 3k/3 months, however, some locations can adjust the interval/date upon request from our guests. As long as you get the oil recommended by your manufacturer you can follow the guidelines for the mileage the manufacturer recommends returning at. Stripped my oil pan but they think it's my fault. How can I strip it when I don't do my own oil change? My jack won't fit under this car so I can't even lift it. So how will I ever get to this bolt ?

Valvoline is my go-to for quick, friendly service on 3 cars. This place turns a necessary, nagging "project" into a satisfying way to put that project in the rear view mirror. I cannot recommend this location highly enough.
