Always the best possible experience regarding a non-preferred task. Our son is on the spectrum. Dr. Lo is fantastic at accommodating as best as possible. He employs several behavioral best practices to get the most out of the cleaning and exam. I am not sure what we would do without him.

Drs. Lo and Shang have been seeing our kids for over 4 years and they are both the most skilled and compassionate Pediatric dentists I have ever witness. They put their patients at such ease, explain everything that they are planning to do, and then execute the plan perfectly. Our kids' teeth have never been healthier. If you are lucky enough to visit with them, you will completely agree with this well-deserved review.

This office is really amazing. I dont know what their secret is but my kids love coming to see the dentist! Dr. Lo is great with the kids and explains everything thoroughly to the kids and the parents. If you need a kid dentist, look no further!!

Because of my little boy's strong sensory hypersensitivity, I had him evaluated by multiple Pediatric Dentists in South Bay to find the best solution for his cavities. I was afraid he would not be able to handle getting them filled or become traumatized by the experience without oral or general sedation but was worried about the side effects of sedation. When I met with Dr. Lo, I could tell right away I did not need to search further. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough, was wonderful with my son and furthermore was the only one who offered us a satisfying solution to the cavities that was sensitive to our specific needs. He offered us a trial to fill the cavities with only nitrous oxide first and would stop if my son could not handle it, at which point we could schedule the filling with general anesthesia.
My son then had his cavities filled with Dr. Lo with just nitrous oxide, and I can not say enough good things about him. The way he handled every step of the procedure was awe inspiring. He was extremely gentle and patient throughout the whole procedure, giving my son breaks in between to make sure he could handle it when the sensation started to bother him. I could tell the procedure took longer than usual and Dr. Lo painstakingly restored my son's teeth without upsetting him. I am so grateful to Dr. Lo for his dedication to his profession and his kindness towards my son.
