Great spot to increase strength and overall health and fitness!! Rafael is fabulous. I find going once per week mixes up my workout routine, and his tips on form have really improved my ability to lift weights better and with more efficiency. I have been doing a variety of fitness classes and routines for many years, and I find most days I train with Rafael, I am sore the following days. A good sign I am doing something right, and his process is superb. I highly recommend Truth fitness.

I can't say enough good things about Raf and the team at Truth Fitness. The whole body approach they utilize has really helped me focus on making many improvements in my life beyond muscle and weight. I originally sought out the team because of lower back pain, which was addressed within a few weeks. I stuck around to see how many more things I could benefit from. I have been going here to train for 6 months and I have seen continued improvements throughout my time here. They have been flexible with my schedule when needed and they are very easy to get a hold of (text or call). I have experienced ,and seen, they can throttle between high intensity workouts and a higher degree of accountability and a more relaxed approach. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.
