This place sucks and so do all of the delivery people involved in this community. Three times now they have been late or completely missed placed my mail and when you go to ask they seem like they just cant be bothered to help. Or they start feeling personally attacked. Not to mention the employees always greets everyone with the most rude looks. These people make money to do a job and instead want to just sit on their bums and not do anything. But when it comes to other peoples livelihood they could care less. Not to mention when I was treated poorly by a manager (Tory) , and the window clerk basically said thats how she treats everyone, even her own employees. In conclusion they are rude, not helpful, unprofessional and lack any kind of empathy.

Sunny and Patricia refused to do a parcel and refused to give me a reason why. My box was big enough and wasnt against the usps guidelines. These two individuals are both lazy and very combative when I asked for a postmaster. They definitely dont need to be helping customers if thats their attitude towards people
