You could tell they had a lot of experience as they answered questions before I even knew I had them. The process was seemless and escrow closed early even on a 30 day escrow! Sam helped us purchase our first home recently. We are really grateful to him for going above and beyond to make this as quick and painless as possible. Real estate transactions are tedious and can get complicated beyond one's understanding so you want the right person representing you. For this, we can't recommend Sam enough. I have had the pleasure to have worked with Sam and his team at Dig the view for a number of purchases and recently a selling of a condo.
