Michelle has been an amazing partner helping me with getting our first home in South bay. She is responsible, knowledgeable, and honest. Not to mention that I've been in the market for 2+ years to find our first place and she's been extremely patient with us to make sure we find what we like the most. She's always on top of everything throughout the offer/closing process and ready to answer any questions you may have. If she doesn't have answers right away then she will go find out and get back to you very shortly. She was also kind enough to help move heavy items even after closing to ensure we move into the new place safely. I usually not kind of person to put a review but I thought I really have to share my amazing experience for purchasing our FIRST house! So it was a BIG deal for us! And Michelle made this process very smooth! She is very hard worker and most importantly chill! She was on top of every thing, very responsive and always answer our million questions quickly!!! The entire time I didnt feel pushed, forced, or crowded. Instead, Michelle worked with us at our own pace. And was very honest with what I should and shouldnt do based on her expertise. I would totally recommend working with her. She was very professional and patient with us. She will make you feel comfortable, answer all of your questions, and she will keep up with you. The entire time I felt like I was in great hands. She was easy to communicate with and kept us updated constantly in making an informed decision. We were very lucky to have her during the whole process.
