I work with a lot of realtors but Wendy and Rachel definitely stand out. From the moment we started cooperating on a sale, they were excellent communicators and brought great energy to the transaction. They worked really hard for their clients. When any issues came up with the property, they did everything they could to make sure their clients were well take care of. Even during negotiations, they were always polite and to the point. I would highly recommend Wendy to anyone who is thinking about making a real estate move, selling or buying. She came up with a super plan to do some tweaking to my 1955 year house and as a result I wound up making $70K over asking price and it sold the second day it was on the market! She knows the industry inside out and is such an easy pleasure to work with. I will never make another move without consulting her first. Definitely a five star experience!
