        I used the Rancho Palos Verdes office for my mom's 2021 and 2022 taxes. They made a mistake on the 22 by forgetting California was a federal disaster area that year. In addition, both years they neglected to file my status and dependents correctly losing her thousands of dollars. Lastly, they overcharged my elderly mother telling her upfront it would be under 100 dollars then charging her 300 one year and 404 dollars the next on simple taxes that were the same both years. They advertise one price and inflate the bill after the 10 minutes it takes them to file. They are scam artists and charged us 7 hundred dollars over two years for taxes done wrong. They are scam artists and the FTC is on to them. Just google.
