        Drove out to their address. Business was no longer there. no answer on phone either. If you are going to move at least update your business info or provide a new address on your voicemail.

        Unfortunately the service was poor at best. They were no-shows for their morning appt. I had to leave voice-mail and text and finally heard back 2 hours past the appointment via text apologizing due to being shorthanded. Poor, poor customer service. That situation needed a phone call as soon as they knew they were shorthanded. Too bad. I WAS using them for quite a few years. No more.

        I had large custom screens replaced in my home.  The new screens are great and sit beautifully in the windows frame. I was very impressed with Russo's customer service and their commitment to providing an excellent product.  Thank you!
