Im choosing to leave a 5-star rating because I believe in supporting small businesses and dont wish to harm their reputation. However, I feel it's important to share my recent experience for constructive purposes. I reached out to this business, speaking with a friendly staff member in Spanish to discuss a flower arrangement. Following their instructions, I sent a picture of the desired flowers via text, along with a follow-up message, but unfortunately, I didn't receive any response. This was quite disappointing, especially since Im committed to supporting local businesses whenever possible. Im hopeful this was an isolated incident and not reflective of their usual customer service standards. I look forward to seeing improvements and wish the business all the best. Spanish: I gave 5 stars because I want to support small businesses. However, I want to share my experience. I called the business and after speaking with an employee, I texted her a photo of the flower arrangement I wanted. I received no response after my message or follow-up. It was disappointing as I am a big supporter of local businesses. I hope it was an isolated case and that they improve. I wish you the best.

I ordered 3 beautiful arrangements from J & J flowers. Prior to ordering I contacted them via tx message and the lady Susana was super friendly and replied immediately, she answered all my questions. They gave me free delivery too. The place is a small establishment but very clean and friendly staff. Will definitely come back and highly recommend this place. They rent tables and chairs for party events too.
