The same thing happened to me, they made me return with my bag, because according to them the alarm had gone off and after checking there was no problem with my bag. But how ugly it feels that they think that someone comes in to steal.

My daughter was looking for some Nikes that were sold out everywhere, found them online as in stock with Hibbett and went to the store and they did have them. Staff at the store was very polite and attentive. Prices are very competitive with other big stores. Lots of apparel available as well. Will shop here again.

I wanted to buy a gift for my bf right after the gym, since I walk I carry my bag with me, as soon as I go inside the store I feel the bad vibes " can I help you" I'm like no thank you, another worker comes up to me and says "I'm gonna ask you to leave your bag here" I told her I'm just gonna leave,. Workers here see you as a thief, I literally told the girl before exiting the store "is just a gym bag" I already filed a complaint. I will tell my friends and family not to shop here. I expect an apology

They cannot cancel an order or change the delivery address on it if there is even a single mistake - they are the worst store I have ever dealt with. Their chat managers are the most unfriendly, especially Shanique W, who didnt even apologize for the inconvenience and the fact that he couldnt help with any issue and immediately stopped chatting with me
