I cant say enough about how great it has to work with the company. Jarrod was patient, understanding, and very knowledgeable. We got our plans approved fast because of their detailed, clear and comprehensive plans. They also did a great job at communicating with our contractor. What really value their customer service skills. It makes dealing with house projects less stressful.

What can I say!! Jarrod and Luz were fantastic to work with. Jarrod was knowledgeable in knowing what we could do with our budget/time frame for our kitchen remodel. Luz did such an amazing job and I could not recommend her enough to friends and family. Her design skills are incredible and gives our kitchen that desired wow-factor we have been asking for. They were both relatable and understanding which made the project flow and finish on time.

My wife and I are very selective as to who we work with and rely heavily on first impressions and referrals. We do extensive research on companies before hiring anyone. We recently worked with Davis Property Development for my garage conversion which included a minor addition to the rear of the property to truly maximize the space for the ADU. Top notch professionals! They always told us to see the project more as a partnership and that is truly how it felt from day 1 of signing with their company! They managed to swiftly get plans approved by the city. We can confidently say that we highly recommend them!

Worked with Jarrod through our GC and it was a great experience. Anytime I needed an update he was quick to respond and communicate. He (and Luz) are a great team and they were able to get the work we needed done given our unfortunate circumstances. They are knowledgeable and experienced working with all the necessary groups (and city) to get our permits passed through! I would recommend them and would definitely use them again for future services!
