I usually go there to test colognes, and at most times, they don't have the tester for the ones I want. They only have the ones I want in locked glass case to buy. (Which are the newly relase d ones.) They rarely have testers out whenever I go. Either Im unlucky, or they just have staff that dont cater to restocking testers or that do their job.

Ulta beauty has an enormous selection of beauty products. It can become confusing what to try...so I once asked for a consultation. The staff member guided me to a foundation and a CC cream for my age and skin type. I have been very happy with the products. It is also helpful that many skin care lines have multiple products that work together for your best skin. Ulta has many sakes, coupons and special promotions to save you money.

I placed an online order for pickup, two hours later it still wasnt ready. I called and inquired about my order and they said id have to come in and purchase all the items and they would cancel my order. I was annoyed, but I said thats fine. I go to store and pick out all my items and when im at the register the girl has to use the same device that would be used to process the online order to cancel every item individually. Why when it would be simpler to just process the online order? The cashier checks me out and at the end i realize she used someone elses rewards number. Then neither the manger or lead cashier could figure out how to process the return? The whole ordeal took 40 minutes. The manger and cashier were very nice and tried to figure out how to rectify the situation. Its just frustrating that this all couldve been avoided and much easier had the other cashier just processed the original pick up order.

I usually switch between Ulta and Sephora. Ulta had been expanding their luxory beauty lines. Such as Hourglass, Chanel,Dior etc which I love! The beauty reps are friendly and go out of their way to help. Been noticing Ulta beauty reps are more friendly and helpful versus Sephora declining customer service. Came into the hair salon to get my root touch up. Was able to schedule same day appointment on a Saturday. Color turned out great. Looks waaaaay better than when I do my root coloring at home. Alexis was my stylist. She was super friendly and personable. She made it easy to carry a fun conversation.
