I developed an extreme case of an extreme condition, trigeminal neuralgia in 2018. Trigeminal neuralgia is classified as a rare disease and at times I felt I was wandering the wiId west of medicine. I was fortunate to find Dr. Fineman and Jen. He is one of the most experienced surgeons in L. A. County for this condition. He performed a neurovascular decompression in 2019 when the condition began to escalate. He was very careful to explain all available treatment options before the final decision was made, then he explained exactly what was going to happen. Frankly, as terrified as I was prior to having brain surgery, I had faith in Dr. Fineman and whatever team he would call together and that faith has been justified. Even though I developed a bad chest cough within a month of the surgery and undid some of his work, it has held. Now, in 2022, I have only small occasional facial twitches. The agony that used to take me to my knees is gone.

The whole staff here goes above and beyond to make sure you are ok and have what you need to get better. My journey here has always been positive. Dr. Fineman and nurse Jennifer have been nothing short of amazing even when my condition becomes difficult. I was fortunate to have been sent here to address my back and now hip pain. I trust their opinion and definitely feel I'm in great hands.

Two months after neck surgery I no longer had the extreme pain at the back of my neck and arm pain greatly decreased. Results beyond my expectation. Thank you
