I'm so so disappointed. They are super over priced and I took two items, one was a very nice vintage knitted cardigan and the other was a nice sweater! They shrunk them both!!!! I paid around $35 for it to come back SHRUNKEN AND I am so sad cause I can not wear it .

Dropped off a shirt that I needed to launder, just so I get out a stain and get it back wrinkle free on a Friday. Was told it wouldn't be ready til Tuesday. One shirt laundered takes 4 days for a place that claims to be open 7 days a week? Talked them into Monday. They gave me a one hour window. After 5pm but before 6. When I finally got the shirt back, the stain was still there. No discount or refund was offered. $7 for a laundered shirt that wasn't laundered.

Clothes come back in great condition. Just very pricey. Great service. Always on time. Professional cleaners.

I really enjoyed interacting with the wonderful ladies at Fashion Cleaners--they were so friendly and got my dress shirt tailored and back to me in time for a party. Wonderful work, and would recommend!

Fashion cleaners on lake was very helpful. I went in to get adjustments on my clothing articles (pants, sweater, etc.).Miriam, the seamstress, was very helpful and nice. She knew what she was doing and made sure i was happy with the adjustments. I would strongly fashion cleaners
