The Westin Pasadena

The reception, rooms, and lobby are normal. The bed and pillows are from Westin! It feels so good. The refrigerator is also small. There was proper bed making every day. There was an old man at the valet parking lot who was always smiling and made me feel good. Breakfast was very good here There was an order day and a buffet day. Both are good! I didn't have to pay 80 because breakfast was included, but the total cost was about 80 for two people. There was a tea corner after I finished eating, so I took it every day and went out! Safety: The hotel was safe and secure Pasadena itself was a beautiful and calm city, which was great! Food & drinks: The breakfast and morning tea corner were very good!

Came here to stay for a work trip. The hotel is pretty nice and not a lot of traffic. The rooms are nice and clean. The gym facilities are just what I needed. I definitely would have took a dip in the pool if it was a little warmer. If you're looking for peace, quiet, and comfort, this is the place to be!

The pool doesnt look anything like the photos. Lounge chairs and pool furniture was old and deteriorated. Under staffed at the hotel resturant. We had a large group and food items were either too spicy or not prepared well. Felt bad for staff they clearly needed more help. Rooms have popcorn ceilings. Not as updated as photos make them look

Here for a surgery, they got us a early room check-in at 9 am, and a late chrck-out the next day at 4 pm. Great customer service that most hotels won't offer... and the beds are super comfortable.
