I was fleeing dv situation and was happy to have safe space. When I went to get breakfast, I accidentally spilled my coffee and asked the worker for a mop to clean my mess. She was so rude. Didnt say good morning or anything. Just asked for my room key that was on the table . Then she ran to the front desk to play victim. The night time clerk was amazing. The day time one is an air head. She just kept repeating shell check the cameras when the whole breakfast room saw she was at fault. Minimum wage worker got some nerve treating me poorly. Report her if shes nasty to you.I came back for another day and was turned away after I paid already

Great location off of the 210. Great value for a Universal Studios stay. Rooms: Older hotel, but clean and comfortable beds.

We were there during the holidays and it is a decent place, worth what you pay for. Parking right in front of the rooms. The location is good with everything nearby. Breakfast was great, they have a pancake machine, cheese omelette and whatever you want in a breakfast. The lady in the breakfast room was very cheerful and gave suggestions to see the Rose parade happening there. Overall a decent stay
