Unbelievable, Naji has a person named Au that supposedly, runs and operates his telemarketing department. This person is unprofessional, has very poor communication skills and speaks to his employees in a threatening tone of voice. I worked there 3 day's. I was not trained by Au, I was trained by two very nice ladies. Yet, no one expressed what was expected in an intelligent manor, we were persay just throwen in to the process and then when an expectation was not met the on the spot correction was very unhelpful towards understanding what was hopefully to be understood, even though no guidelines we're set for us in telemarketing I was told if a lead I gave Au was not liked by an agent it would leave a bad taste in the agents mouth. Well, that's interesting without an agent even touching a lead I provided I was being criticized for poor performance after 3 days with poor and little training from Au. I was told the lead would come back at me. So? is this a threat if retribution,? Our job was to provide a lead to Farmers Agent's not knowIng what the abilities and sales skills are of said agent. Its a lead not a guarantee of a sale, if an agent can not take a lead and work it correctly then the agent may want to go elsewhere to work. I do not recommend working for this Farmers District Office and especially for Au. It left a very bad taste in my mouth and I was a Farmers customer until today.
