I have always liked auto club for roadside service and car insurance and directed family members to use them for car insurance and friends BUT TODAY ROADSIDE SERVICE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT IS HORRIBLE I AM ALSO AN PREMIER PLUS PAY EXTRA FOR EXTRA SERVICES AND INWORK HARD FOR MY MONEY SO FIVE DIFF VIRTUAL ASSISTANT MISTAKES AND THEY CANCELLED MY TOW HAD TO GET A LIVE OPERATOR to fix everything as the virtual causght a word nusednin texting that said to them I was not able to use the service for a tow and a jump three hours later finally a tow is coming missed work as this was the last day to tow this car to my grandparents as I had to park on street as I only have one parking spot and was getting tickets n Thisnis horrible and Thisnis not the first time the virtual assistant messes up many people tell me its horrible other than that the live people r always great I like the car insurance and so not happy w the tow service anymore at alll three hours and still sitting here
