        Inept doctor. He is condescending, difficult to receive much needed referrals for specialists, sexist, dismissive, impatient and is never up to date with case history. I finally have a brilliant primary doctor thats on top of my complex health issues. I just wish I hadnt wasted so much time with this guy, and searched for a fully competent doctor sooner.         Great Doctor, Ive been seeing Dr. Avakyan for over 5 years now. He is such a great listener and provides you with options all the time, walks you through referral process and explains with details how to improve your overall health. I admire his passion for orient care and dedication.

Dr. Avakyan completed his internship at Flushing Hospital Medical Center and his residency at North Shore University Hospital, both in New York. He is experienced in drug and alcohol detoxification.
