Nice guy, good listener. Scott reviewed my case and the appeal documents I sent to him, and called me right on time to give me a free consultation. He had some good advice about appealing a denial of coverage from Kaiser Permanente, and my options if the appeal is denied. Thanks, Scott!

Never thought Id be ghosted by an attorney. After one preliminary call with Scott where he told me this sounded like a straight forward case and to send him all of the details, I never heard from him again. That was almost two months ago. Ive sent 4 follow up emails, along with the original email that took me time to put together and contained private information. Ive also left messages on the firms answering service, none of which were responded to. To say he was unprofessional and outright rude is an understatement. After an already bad faith experience with my insurance company (hence why i reached out in the first place), Id say theres more than one party acting in bad faith. Maybe hes greedy and hand picks cases worth a certain amount, or maybe hes just downright unprofessional. Would not recommend him or this law firm to anyone.

I could have clicked any of the buttons above, "good quality," "good value," "professional," and/or "responsive." But, none of those by themselves accurate describes Scott Glovsky like the word, "human." Scott believes in his clients. He get to know them deeply and personally. He cares about every one of them. I'm a lawyer in another state. I routinely refer folks who have insurance issues to Scott. He's the expert and he cares.

I am having a problem with my Insurance company denying a referral to a specialist I need for my rare medical disorder. Scott was so quick to respond to my email and was willing to listen to my dilemma and give me advice on the next step to take. He was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. I work in the court system, so I am well aware of how busy attorneys are. I was pleasantly surprised by my contact with Scott and will definitely call him in the future.
