Kenji and Ann are the best!  We started our refinance on November 24th and closed on December 29th.  Note that this period included Thanksgiving and Christmas!  They are very organized and responsive.  This was by far the easiest mortgage finance/refinance we have ever done.   I can't say enough positive about them and the painless process we went through.

After helping me with a smooth refinance in the summer, Kenji and Ann helped me deal with a transaction to sell my property and purchase a new one simultaneously while securing a great rate! They always responded to my emails promptly and with great detail, letting me know the paperwork and deadlines I needed to manage on my end, while juggling the escrow companies and all the other paperwork and things on theirs.  I absolutely recommend and thank Kenji and Ann for their dedication and professionalism. It was so important to have confidence and feel supported in this situation and Kenji and Ann's friendliness and responsiveness were greatly appreciated.

My husband and I were recently purchasing a home and needed a broker. Kennedy Capital was recommended to us by a family member and we gave them a try. We're very glad we did! This being our first home, we had questions regarding the process and needed a lot of things clarified. Kenji and Ann were always there for us, quick to respond to emails and answer our calls. (Ann is basically the sweetest, nicest person on Earth!) Thanks to Kennedy Capital, we got our loan closed on time (with a great rate) and are now living in our first home! Yes, I did it again! I had refinanced my home in August and I also accomplished something I had been putting off for years. I put my daughter on the title. I had 2 sets of loans as I had taken out a loan for my daughter's education. After the loan was completed, Kenji suggested that we revisit rates, in a few months. On Jan. 11, 2021 I began the refi again. I signed loan documents on Jan. 26, two weeks and a day later. I am thrilled. My two refi's are saving me a total of  $890 per month. I referred to Kenji and Ann as the "dynamic duo," and they have earned that moniker and reputation as they work tirelessly for their clients. Once again they are professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Patient with those of us who may not know the world of real estate. Kenji's expertise and experience makes every aspect of refinancing a home easy even for a novice. This is at least my 4th refi with Kennedy Capital over the last 23 years. Situations and finances change-marriages dissolve and children go to college. He also did a refi for my mother. I probably won't refi again but if I do, I will definitely choose Kennedy Capital again. They are tenacious, reliable, a most importantly-honest!

Kenji and Ann were great. They were very helpful throughout the process and answered all my questions. Buying a house can be intimidating and confusing but they helped guide me through the whole process. Friendly and useful are the first two words that come to my mind.
